Reliable Residence is a Madison-based startup that helps traveling professionals find affordable furnished monthly housing. We have locations all throughout Wisconsin and Georgia.
The Role:
We're looking for a Partnership Lead who can help us grow both sides of our business. You'll be working deals with hospitals and health systems to make Reliable Residence their go-to housing solution for recruits and traveling staff. You'll also be recruiting property owners to list their furnished rentals on our platform.
This is a hustle role. You'll be reaching out, pitching, following up, and closing deals. If you love building relationships, opening doors, and making things happen, this could be your spot!
What You'll Do:
- Build partnerships with hospitals, health systems, and medical groups.
- Recruit property owners to list furnished housing on our platform.
- Generate leads, run outreach campaigns, and follow up relentlessly.
- Close deals and hit growth targets.
- Work directly with our founder to scale the business.
Who You Are:
- You've done sales, BD, or recruiting before (healthcare experience is a plus but not required).
- You're scrappy and self-motivated—you don't need someone telling you what to do.
- You're comfortable cold-calling, emailing, and networking.
- You can explain why our solution matters and get people excited about it.
- You're organized and can manage multiple deals at once.
